Now Hiring - English/Chinese Bilingual Outside Sales Representative in Northvale, NJ

TMS America, an employment agency is seeking an English/Chinese Bilingual Outside Sales Representative for a client in the Northvale, NJ area. This position is full-time and direct-hire.

Location: Northvale, NJ
Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 5:30pm
Compensation: $4,000~/Month (DoE); Exempt* + Bonus + benefits
*Outside sales exempt classification

Job duties include:

• Managing storefronts
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• New business development and generating leads
• Preparing internal/external weekly and monthly reports
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English/Chinese
• Must have past experience with sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
• Strong PC and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• A commitment to excellent customer service
